Recently, the middle school students of Heschel Day School in Northridge, California took some time to learn about the mission of War Horse Creek, and the effect that military transitions can have on the children of veterans. This generous group of students took the time to write supportive letters to military children across the country. These letters warm our hearts, and we were grateful to be able to connect children together as they’ve faced additional stressors throughout this challenging year.
